Hospital Pick-up: To collect your pet’s prescription medications directly from our hospital, please contact us at (262) 781-5277 to request a refill. Our Pharmacy will coordinate with our veterinary team to ensure your medications are ready for pickup.

Please be aware that we require a minimum of 48 hours to refill your pet’s medications before they can be picked up. Once your medication is prepared, our team will send you a text message to confirm pickup.

Order Online and Ship to Home: For added convenience, you can opt to have your pet’s medications delivered directly to your home through our online pharmacy!

It’s important to note that our online pharmacy utilizes the same vendors as our in-house pharmacy, ensuring the same quality and reliability of medications.
