Curbside & House Calls

For many devoted pet parents, finding the time to bring their furry companions to our veterinary hospital can be a challenge. Whether due to a hectic schedule or other pressing commitments, we understand the difficulties you may face. That’s why, at Brook-Falls Veterinary Hospital & Exotic Care, we offer two additional service options—pet drop-off and pet house calls—to ensure your pets receive the care they need, conveniently and with minimal disruption to your routine.

Pet Drop-Off Services: If you’re swamped with tasks but your pet requires veterinary attention, whether for a routine check-up or urgent medical issue, our pet drop-off service provides a hassle-free solution. Simply call to schedule a drop-off appointment with one of our customer service representatives. Upon arrival, a certified veterinary technician will gather necessary information about your pet. Alternatively, if you’re in a rush, they can contact you later by phone for details.

Later in the day, one of our veterinarians will examine your pet and communicate their findings and recommended procedures or treatments to you. A discharge time will be arranged for you to collect your pet, where you’ll receive instructions and medications from either the doctor or technician who assisted with your pet’s care. With our pet drop-off service, there’s no waiting or inconvenience involved! Please note there is a fee associated with this service.

Pet House Call Services: For added convenience, we also offer house calls on a limited basis for established clients only.   While we believe our facility offers comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic options, we recognize that certain situations warrant the comfort and convenience of a house call. Examples include households with multiple pets, end-of-life care or euthanasia, pets with severe anxiety or fear, and inspections of aviaries or herpetological collections.
