At Brook-Falls, Dog Boarding is Resort Style Lodging
Our idea of dog boarding Menomonee Falls is spacious suites that are complete with Full-Service Housekeeping. An elevated bed is present in all our suites, so our guests can sleep comfortably off the floor. We provide bedding for every one of our guests, but we are more than happy to use up to 2 items (no beds) that your pet packs with them; just label them with the guest’s name.
Our Lake Shore Drive Luxury Suites feature a deluxe bed with fresh linens and ample natural light, as well as individual in-suite TVs. All other suites offer ample space, glass-fronted doors with privacy areas to help reduce stress.

Adaptil
The pheromones that we use are backed by science. Adaptil mimics a canine pheromone (an odorless “safe and calm message”) that canine mothers secrete while nursing their young providing both mom and babies a silent message of feeling safe and calm.
We use a plug-in formula of Adaptil in each lodging quarter as well as a spray formula that is used on their lodging linens twice a day to maintain a constant environment of “safe and calm messages.”

Check-in and Check-out Hours:
- CHECK-INS: YOU CAN CHECK-IN BY APPOINTMENT AFTER 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM DURING THE WEEK & SATURDAYS and SUNDAYS BY APPOINTMENT 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM.
- EARLY CHECK-OUT: CHECK-OUT IS BY APPOINTMENT BETWEEN 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM MONDAY – SUNDAYS.
- CHECK-OUTS BEFORE 10:00 AM ARE CONSIDERED TO BE “EARLY CHECK-OUT” AND YOU WILL NOT INCUR A LODGING CHARGE FOR THAT DAY.
- CHECK-OUT AFTER 10 AM, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THAT NORMAL LODGING RATE.
- NO CHECK-INS ON HOLIDAYS. WE EXPECT PAYMENT FOR THE ACCOMMODATIONS UPON CHECK-IN AND AMENITIES UPON CHECK-OUT.
- Cancelation policy: We now require a 35% deposit upon approved reservation requests. If canceled within 72 hours of check-in, the deposit will be kept. **In regards to any federal holidays & peak seasons; the cancellation policy time is 2 weeks.

Mandatory Health Requirements
Because we care about your pet’s health, we require all resort guests to be vaccinated. *Please include documentation of your pet’s current prescription for a monthly veterinary-approved flea/tick preventative.

Canine (Greater than 12 weeks old for lodging and 16 weeks old for Daycare): *Daycare guests 7 months or older must be spayed/neutered to participate in group activities
