Brook-Falls Veterinary Hospital & Exotic Care, Inc. is pleased to announce a new addition to the Brook-Falls veterinary team. Please help us welcome Dr. Esteban Barajas!

Dr. Barajas is a graduate of the Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine.

Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Dr. Barajas initially acquired an interest in veterinary medicine by helping his grandfathers tend to their dairy herds in Mexico. As he progressed through his education, he developed an interest in exotic animal medicine and soft tissue surgery.

After graduation, Dr. Barajas worked at a general practice outside of Detroit, where he had the opportunity to work with all types of small animal and exotics patients. He loves working with all animals, but especially loves working with reptiles.

Dr. Barajas currently shares a home with Link, an Alaskan Malamute, Darmani, a Native American Indian Dog, Piccolo, a Boa Constrictor, and Hershey, a Crested Gecko.

In his spare time, he likes playing video games, binge-watching Netflix, exploring new places to eat, going out on his kayak, and exploring in the woods. He is also fluent in Spanish.

P.S. We now can also help Spanish speaking clients. Dr. Esteban is fluent in Spanish.
