Bobbi Hoffman

Client Service Representative

While growing up in Franklin, Wisconsin, Bobbi Hoffmann was very active in sports and especially enjoyed playing softball. She was fortunate enough to be hand-picked to play on a traveling team and made lots of friends. Bobbi also grew up in a household filled with a variety of pets (bunnies, birds, and dogs) and realized early on that she had a great love for animals.

As a CSR, Bobbi helps manage all of the phone calls, client scheduling, and overall communications throughout the clinic. Most importantly, Bobbi is one of the staff members that has to make the difficult decision as to whether a patient needs to be seen immediately or if they can wait. Bobbi became a CSR because she has always enjoyed helping people. It seemed natural for her to combine her love for animals with her desire to help, and now works at the Veterinary Hospital. Whether it’s helping a client through a desperate situation, assisting with a pet, or just asking a pet owner about their day, she is indeed making a difference.

Even in her spare time, Bobbi loves to be with animals. She recently adopted a little Shepherd mix, named Puma, from The Humane Society. Bobbi hesitated to get her at first because Puma had hip dysplasia and needed surgery. But now she’s happy and healthy, and Bobbi can’t imagine her life without Puma. It was one of the best decisions she’s ever made – right after taking a job at Brook-Falls!

Working hard comes naturally to Bobbi. Whether it’s being asked to join the traveling softball team, sharing her art through making pottery, 3-D art, and crafting, or spending time with her family, Bobbi uses her passions to be the best she can be.
