Brook-Falls Veterinary Hospital & Exotic Care would like to welcome back extern Karis Quandt-Walle. Karis will be joining Brook-Falls again on Monday, October 5th, and will be here until the 17th of October.
Karis Quandt-Walle is currently a fourth-year veterinary student who is excited to complete an externship with Brook Falls Veterinary Hospital and Exotic Care. Karis is from Appleton, Wisconsin, and has felt drawn to the veterinary field from a young age, after growing up with a menagerie of pets.
After completing a Bachelor of Science – Biology degree at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Karis began attending the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. She is passionately following her interests in exotic and wildlife medicine and is happily heavily involved in the University of Illinois Wildlife Medical Clinic. When not studying medicine, Karis can be found playing rugby or exploring the great outdoors.
