Brook-Falls Veterinary Hospital & Exotic Care, Inc. is pleased to announce a new addition to the Brook-Falls veterinary team.  Please help us welcome Dr. Dian Doria.

Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Dr. Doria is the youngest of five children. Growing up, the family always had dogs and cats for pets. When Diane was eight years old, her family adopted a stray cat that they named Fluffy. Fluffy had been abandoned outside and needed a lot of love and care. This experience launched Dr. Doria’s attraction to the veterinary field, particularly in small animals.

Dr. Doria began her veterinary journey at Michigan State University in 1992. She developed a significant interest in internal medicine and surgery during her studies. Dr. Doria was attracted to Internal medicine because of the complexity of animal organs and animal bodies as a whole. She also became very interested in surgery because it allowed her to cure her patients by repairing or removing any abnormality.

Dr. Doria became a veterinarian to boost and maintain the health of pets. She experiences her happiest moments while helping them recover from injuries and illnesses. She feels honored to care for our animal companions.

When she’s not working, Dr. Doria is a passionate cyclist and cross-country skier. She enjoys taking walks with Pantelimon (Pan), her adopted Pomeranian. Besides walking, Pan’s favorite hobbies are chewing and people-watching. Diane radiates with pride in her two sons. Her older son is a graduate of Creighton University in Nebraska and is a professional in the business industry. Her younger son attends medical school in Chicago.
